Staff are so welcoming every time you step foot in the door. Trainers in the group classes are motivating, know what they’re doing and are always helpful. I have never trained in a group and felt like just a number. Lots of Neon21, Group Fitness and CrossFit sessions running through the week and weekends so you can’t miss out. Love the saunas, cafe, crèche, and the overall vibe of this place! The best value for money. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Great place for families with young kids. Went on a weekday afternoon and wasn't too busy. Quite well maintained overall.

I higly recommend Mandurah Mobile Massage! Ellen did such an amazing job and has exceptionally given me the best massage ever! She got rid of my lower back pain and my tight shoulders and literally made me brand new! Her touch is heaven. Thank you so much for the wonderful service! ❤

I am naturally a busy person with active roles in Sport and Business. I had heard about Floating but never made the time to try it until recently.It’s fair to say my first float was just ok, I enjoyed it but was not totally convinced. The staff at Float Lab were very professional and explained Float Lab rooms are specially built to reduce sensory stimulation, apparently the secret to what makes float treatment work. Because of the environment it can take a few sessions to acclimatise properly. The technical term for floating is Sensory Deprivation. This made reasonable sense so I decided to rebook. Interestingly despite my doubts I felt relaxed and slept really well that night.My second float was awesome. I was not so distracted by this new environment, I relaxed much faster drifting in and out of consciousness. I enjoyed it so much I am now a regular floating at least once a week. Floating has assisted in managing my busy schedule. I have increased energy, aches and pains have reduced and I have noticed increased clarity of mind. I look forward to my weekly float sessions and appreciate the value of spending 1 hour a week to recharge at Float Lab.

Absolutely fantastic!!! From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a warm smile and a welcome herbal tea. I had the Sauna/Float/1hr Massage package. I highly recommend it. The sauna was great and the float was amazing but the massage was so relaxing it was unbelievable, I floated out of there. I have been a massage therapist for over 20 years and I was very impressed by Chika my therapist. Book yourself in, you won't regret it!!!

What a beautiful experience. Establishment is clean and inviting. The staff are amazing and friendly and are happy to answer any questions. I really enjoyed by first float and have already rebooked for my next one. If you need to re-set and have some time to yourself, becalmed float is just what you need!

As a gym I cannot fault this place. The facilities are great. Staff are great. The restaurant…. dinner and lunch has always been very nice too. To be even better roar could improve the breakfasts.. for some reason it comes out cold every time. (Also, please consider putting by a fussball court in the outside area). Other than that I would definitely recommend, keep up the great work !

I have been coming to the Wangara location for a couple of years now. I love the atmosphere. The staff are all amazing and attentive. They always listen to me and give me the best experience. The massage therapists are all highly experienced. The float tanks are brilliant. It is the best way to chill out and just be quiet and still. I generally always combine the two, so always leave feeling relaxed and happy. They have fantastic membership packages too, so I find it great to just arrive and enjoy and not worry about bringing my purse/handbag. Highly recommend for anyone needing some pampering and relaxation time in their lives.

Ellen and Bridget are both AMAZING, my husband has never really enjoyed massages until they started coming to our house we normally get them once a fortnight, they relieve so much tension and you wouldn’t even know your getting a deep tissue, they are both so good & we are super great full.They are easily contactable and professional, they can book us in with a short amount of notice.We have had a great experience & recommend doing home massages always now! :D it’s also a good idea if you forget an anniversary;)
